For that Special Man cards - Couture Creations

Hello there everyone, :)

So glad you stopped by here today,
and I am sharing some cards that I have created using some of the
new release Couture Creation products.

These are just some very simple and quick masculine
cards using the latest release dies from
Couture Creations - KALINI Intricutz dies

Here is my first card "Happy Birthday" using the "Music of the Heart"
embossing folder with some Card Core-dinations card stock. I embossed the folder with the card stock, then sanded lightly, the raised embossed surface with a Couture Creations sanding block.
I love the effect with the black and blue combination.

I added the die cuts "Happy Birthday Title" and  "Musical Notes" on the front of card
and tied a ribbon on the bottom of the card.

My two other cards I created using the "Heart Ease Embossing folder - Garden Frame" and the Kalini die cut Penny Farthing
but with different coloured card stock and combinations.
Again, I sanded and inked the embossed images.

Adding the Hearts Ease -  "C0724311 Viola Die cut on the bottom with the letters DAD from the "Happy Birthday Title"

Have a happy day, thanks for looking

Happy Birthday Card - Couture Creations

Hello there everyone, thanks for stopping by here today.…...

I have created a very simple and sweet "Happy Birthday" card
using the new release Couture Creations products.

The dies I used to make my card are from the

Couture Creations - KALINI Intricutz dies
In particular the,

C0724259 Owl on a Branch
C0724258 Happy Birthday Title

Here is my "Happy Birthday" card.

The papers I used for the background is Couture Creations
 Heart's Ease Paper collection

Firstly, using the Sweet Accents Nesting die - C0723956 - Vintage Sign
I cut this out with the Heart's Ease Paper collection and placed in in the middle of the card.

I cut one complete C0724259- KALINI - Owl on a Branch, with some dark Brown card stock, and then cut out extra branches and leaves only with the same die, again with some brown and green card stock.

I adhered my die cut owl to the card with the Couture Creations
C0724037 Turbo Glue Pen and adhered some more leaves and branches
underneath the owl, as shown above, from the same die cut.

I also sprayed 3 of the C0724289 Bulk White Flower - English roses flower
with some orange spray inks and glued them on the card, as well.

TIP :    For the title "HAPPY BIRTHDAY"  I cut out 2 of the BIRTHDAY die cut from the KALINI "Happy BIRTHDAY" title,  please note this lovely die cut set already has the word "happy" included in the set, but I wanted to word "HAPPY" to be the same font and size of the word "BIRTHDAY"…… (I'm too fussing !!!  )

I glue the letters BIRTHDAY with the Couture Creations Turbo Glue Pen  on to the card.

To make the word HAPPY - I used the cut out letters  "H" , "Y" , "A"  and then I cut off the excess from the letter's "B" & "R" to make the 2 "P".

Like so………..

then glued them to the card with  Turbo Glue Pen

Adding some Glitzin Glamour Glitter Glue - Crystallina C0721971
 around the edges.

Hope you like my Happy Birthday card…..
Until next time, cheers Adriana XX  :)

Couture Creations - Christmas Creative Inspiration Magazine #10

Hi there everyone,
the latest
Couture Creations Christmas Dies and papers Magazine #10
is out now at your favourite Scrapbook store or you if you
can't wait to go to your local store, you can view it HERE

I have created some cards for the magazine, along
with some awesome talented creatives. This free magazine
is full of awesome ideas and creativity with Couture Creations Dies
and the latest release Christmas papers.

The first card to share is a step-up card

Using the CHRISTMAS EVE DIES - COUTURE CREATIONS
in particular the
"Santa's Reindeer" C0724427
and
"Evergreen Trees" Co724423
and
"Merry Christmas" flourish C0724428

and the wonderful
Christmas Emporium Collection - Papers and Emporium

C0724553 papers designed by Denise Boddey.

When cutting the die cut reindeers, they are attached together in 3,
but in the step up card above, I cut one apart from the other 2.
Just to create a different way of displaying the reindeers on your card.

The next card is using the same dies as above

but in a different way.

The next card is using the
"Merry Christmas" flourish C0724428 from the Christmas Eve die cuts
and the wonderful new christmas papers
Christmas Emporium Paper pad (designed by Denise Boddey)
C0724553 papers. Lots of fuzzy cutting here.
I do love the little birds with the holly and berries.

Thanks for looking, Christmas is only 5 months away,
I Hope you have some time to create some Christmas cards, for your family.
I also do and they always love receiving them.

Cheers Adriana XXX   :)
